Contract Duration: 24 Months W2 only Required Skills & Experience • 5 years' experience with Genesys Engage - On Premise Applications Must have expertise with on premise deployment of Genesys Framework/Management components, SIP Servers Resource Manager, MCP, CUCM Tservers, Universal Routing Server, Stat Server, GAX, WDE, and Callback. • Kanban • Production Support • Server and networking fundamentals • Unix/Linux Desired Skills & Experience • Apache • Firewalls • Java 17 • Java 8 • ServiceNow • TomCat What You Will Be Doing • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
