Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Genesys Developer Position: Genesys Developer Position Type: W2-Contract Locations: Plano, TX | Charlotte,NC Work Mode: Hybrid (Three days onsite and two days remote) Job Description: • 10+ years of development and Implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions On-premises and Cloud. • Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components • Integrate Genesys with Third-party applications and Systems • Strong experience with Genesys Framework including IVR development /Scripting,Routing Strategy and Reporting • Working experience on Major Genesys and NICE platform upgrades • Utilize Genesys cloud APIs,SDKs and tools to build integrations and extensions • Experience with Genesys products (PureCloud, PureEngage,PureConnect) • Experience with call recording platforms (NICE, Genesys IR) • Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs,SDKs and development tools • Knowledge on Genesys Cloud security features • Proficiency with programming languages (Java,Python,JavaScript) • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong and confident knowledge in Contact Center network topology • Coordinate with other tech partners like Avaya, network partners and product vendors • Nice to have: Knowledge in Siebel CRM Application Integration • Familiar with Agile methodologies and related process. • Ability to arrange and write Design Documents.
