Jd
• Design, develop, and maintain IVR and Web Messaging solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.
• Analyze business requirements and help define acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Middleware and Salesforce teams.
• Write and execute test plans within an Agile development environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to IVR and Web Messaging systems.
• Integrate API/Web Services (REST, GraphQL, JSON) and implement authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
• Configure agent desktop scripts, data tables, and schedules.
• (Preferred) Work with NLU/Voice Bot technologies such as Dialogflow, Genesys Dialog Engine, or Amazon Lex.
• (Preferred) Utilize Genesys WFM, reporting tools, Cyara, and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform).
• Create strong documentation and collaborate technically with team members.
• Guide stakeholders on best practices and provide technical expertise.
