Feel free to reach me out at prince.kumar@himflax.com  or call me at +1 551-346-6799 Job Title: Geneva RSL Code Developer Location: NYC NY, Pittsburgh, PA & Lake Mary FL Duration: Long term Contract /C2C Interview Mode: WebEx/Phone Detail Job Description: Can we urgently find Geneva RSL Code Developer to design, develop, and maintain the Geneva application Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Geneva RSL Code Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Geneva platform, with a primary focus on RSL (Report Specification Language) scripting. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality reporting and operational functionality tailored to investment management and fund administration. Key Responsibilities: ·        Design, develop, and maintain Geneva RSL reports to support operational, accounting, and client reporting needs. ·        Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional RSL scripts. ·        Enhance and optimize existing RSL reports to improve performance and usability. ·        Integrate Geneva RSL reports with Geneva’s database schema and data model, ensuring alignment with business processes. ·        Support ongoing Geneva development initiatives, including upgrades, enhancements, and data integrations. ·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing reports and Geneva configuration. ·        Collaborate with QA and support teams to ensure reliable deployment and operation of RSL code in production environments. ·        Maintain proper documentation of all code, processes, and system configurations. Required Qualifications: ·        3+ years of experience with Geneva RSL (Report Specification Language) development. ·        Strong knowledge of the Geneva platform by Advent / SS&C, including its database structure and data flow. ·        Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL). ·        Understanding of financial instruments, portfolio accounting, trade processing, and performance reporting. ·        Experience with Geneva reporting modules, custom reports, and reconciliation processes. ·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ·        Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: ·        Experience with Geneva Data Import/Export utilities. ·        Familiarity with Geneva API and integration tools. ·        Background in hedge fund, asset management, or financial services. ·        Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation and data transformation.
