Immediate need for a talented Geospatial Analytics Consultant. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in USA (Remote). Key Responsibilities: • Create and review analytical reports in Excel • Query and organize data using SQL • Develop CAT loss forecast and risk visualization dashboards • Support the quarterly Concentration of Risk (CoR) framework • Collaborate with actuaries and data teams, including support for data migration to Snowflake • Assist in developing new risk management strategies. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Must have skills: - SQL, Geospatial analytics, ArcGIS, Data querying, Tableau, Snowflake, Risk • Geospatial analysis and dashboard development (ArcGIS) • Data querying and manipulation (SQL) • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Actuarial background (exam progress not required) • SQL • Excel • ArcGIS • Experience with CAT models • Background in climate risk or meteorology Our client is a leading Banking and Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
