Location : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Cayce, SC
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
1. 3-5 years Experienced Data analyst with extensive experience preforming public health data modeling, data mapping, data cleansing
1. 3-5 years Experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
1. Web services (Rest, SOAP).
1. 3-5 Years GIS Infrastructure Administration and Monitoring
1. SQL Server.
1. GIS mapping.
1. Solid background in data integration, staging, quality and distribution
Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization, and operations
Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
1. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
1. Experience using an administering Microsoft’s Internet Information Services (IIS).
1. Arcgis Notebooks.
1. Ticketing system.
1. Experience with industry standard information security practices
1. Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPPA, and PHI/PII data
