Key Responsibilities: • Assessment & Strategy: Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities. • Quarterly Implementation: Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones. • Legacy System Focus: Develop adoption strategies specifically for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, build in legacy frameworks. • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management. • Agent Development Oversight: Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems. • Success Metrics: Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across diverse technology stacks. • Training & Enablement: Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs. Required Skills: • 8+ years in technical leadership roles. • Deep experience with Java, .NET, C/C++ environments. • GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experience. • Strong consultative and communication skills. • Project management expertise. • 7+ years of experience in Generative AI in Business.
