Job Description Drive the adoption of GitHub Copilot across the organization, focusing on legacy systems (Java, .NET, C/C++, scripting) and COTS integrations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze team workflows and identify opportunities to implement Copilot effectively • Manage the rollout of Copilot features and development of custom agents on a quarterly schedule • Create strategies for integrating Copilot within Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments • Collaborate with architects, developers, and leadership to support change initiatives • Supervise development of custom Copilot agents for legacy and COTS systems • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate adoption and impact • Develop and deliver training programs to enable organization-wide Copilot use Required Skills • 8+ years in technical leadership or similar roles • Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, C/C++ in legacy environments • Demonstrated experience implementing GitHub Copilot and custom agents • Solid project management skills across cross-functional teams • 7+ years applying Generative AI in business settings Work Environment & Culture • Work closely with teams across technical and management groups • Focus on using new AI tools to improve productivity • Success measured by clear goals and project outcomes • Fast-moving environment that requires adaptability and problem-solving • Take ownership of projects and be accountable for delivering results Fill in the form, we will contact you...
