In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom mobile and web applications using the Glide platform. Your expertise will enable us to create seamless, user-friendly solutions that enhance our digital offerings and improve user engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of no-code app development, leveraging your technical skills to deliver impactful projects quickly and efficiently. <Responsibilities> Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into functional Glide applications. Design intuitive user interfaces by utilizing wireframing techniques and integrating visual design principles. Develop and customize apps by configuring data sources, workflows, and automation within the Glide platform. Ensure app performance, security, and scalability by implementing best practices in system architecture and data management. Integrate third-party services and APIs such as RESTful APIs, AWS services, or custom web services to extend app functionality. Conduct thorough testing of applications using unit testing methods and troubleshoot issues proactively. Maintain comprehensive documentation of app features, updates, and technical specifications for future reference. <Experience> Proven experience building applications with Glide or similar no-code/low-code platforms. Strong understanding of system architecture principles, data visualization techniques, and UX/UI design best practices. Familiarity with front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Hands-on experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or SQLite. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and Linux environments. Experience integrating APIs using RESTful or GraphQL protocols; knowledge of SOAP is a plus. Ability to work within Agile methodologies using tools like Jira or Trello for project management. Understanding of web development standards including responsive web design, SEO optimization, and web services integration.
