Title: Global Intelligence Analyst II Location: Beaverton OR Duration: 6 Months, Likely to be extended Note: Looking for a candidate who can work on w2 term and doesn't need any sponsorship in future. Summary: As a GIS Analyst, you will build the next iteration of our ArcGIS-backed threat monitoring application. You will be a partner with the Threat Intelligence team on requirement consolidation, project plan development, design of the end application, and build of all backend data tables. In partnership with a key vendor and internal technology teams, you will bring this revamped tool to life in our production ArcGIS Enterprise environment. We cut through the noise and the spin to determine what is affecting and highlighting where we need to focus our attention during turbulent times. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in geographic information systems (GIS), Geography, Computer Science, Business Information Management or related field of study or combination of education, training, and experience. • 3+ years working with Esri ArcGIS software (Pro, Enterprise). • Expertise in SQL. • Strong foundation in data acquisition, data management, data analysis, data models, and data editing. • Demonstrated experience in product and program management. • Proficiency in developing repeatable and efficient data automation to codify and simplify end-to-end processes and methods. • Proficiency in ArcGIS Experience Builder a plus. • Experience with Azure SQL databases a plus. • Experience with Python, HTML, or JavaScript a plus. • Fluently read, speak, and write the English language is required.
