Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Global People Analytics to lead the delivery of workforce insights, scalable reporting, and analytics operations across the HR function. This fully remote role partners with HR and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on execution, data integrity, and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc HR dashboards, reports, and insights
• Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable visualizations and recommendations
• Standardize and optimize reporting processes for scalability and efficiency
• Maintain data quality and integrity across platforms such as Workday and Power BI
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to align data, tools, and analytics strategies
• Manage intake and prioritization of analytics requests using Agile or similar approaches
• Stay current on people analytics trends and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, HR, or related field
• 8+ years in HR analytics or workforce reporting
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday
• 2+ years of Power BI experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop analytics teams
• Strong project management, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills
• Deep understanding of HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, DEI, performance, retention)
• Commitment to data integrity, governance, and compliance
