Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Manager to support strategic projects within our manufacturing design and operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering and manufacturing design stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, improve processes, and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects, evaluate dependencies, and align resources effectively.
β’ Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure clarity on timelines, risks, and deliverables.
β’ Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
β’ Analyze existing workflows, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions.
β’ Prepare and present weekly status reports to management and project teams.
β’ Drive adoption of new processes and tools through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Support the development of tools and systems to improve costing, data management, and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, project management, or business process improvement.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with and influence technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Proficiency with Excel/Numbers and data analysis tools; experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools is a plus.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
β’ Experience working with engineering or technical teams and familiarity with manufacturing or product development concepts.
β’ Comfortable in rapidly changing environments with shifting priorities.
β’ Strong attention to detail and experience handling large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience building or improving calculation tools, cost models, configurators, or web-based applications.
β’ Knowledge of SQL, database design, and basic scripting (Python, Node.js, etc.) is beneficial but not required.
β’ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
