Role description
Data Reporting and Analytics in Clinical Manufacturing Indianapolis, Indiana Hybrid, 4 d/week onsite 11-month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion We are partnering with a growing life sciences environment that is investing heavily in data driven manufacturing and quality. This role sits close to operations and quality teams and focuses on turning complex manufacturing and laboratory data into clear insights that support compliant production and continuous improvement. This opportunity is ideal for a data professional who enjoys working in regulated environments and wants to see their analytics directly influence how therapies are produced and released. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain reporting solutions that support manufacturing and quality decisions • Build dashboards and data models that translate production data into actionable insights • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data availability • Validate and review data to ensure accuracy and reliability in a regulated setting • Continuously improve reports as processes and business needs evolve • Collaborate with cross functional teams across manufacturing quality and technical operations What We Look For • Experience working with data in GMP regulated life sciences environments • Hands on experience with clinical or pharmaceutical manufacturing data • Strong skills in BI and reporting tools such as Power BI • Familiarity with systems such as MES, LIMS or process historians • Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders • Experience guiding or mentoring other data or BI resources is valued Why consider this role • Direct exposure to clinical and commercial manufacturing data • Opportunity to shape how data is used in a regulated production environment • High visibility work that supports quality and patient impact • A team that values data driven decision making and continuous learning Posted By: Tina Zahradnik
