We're seeking a highly experienced Digital Analytics Consultant to audit, optimize, and enhance our analytics infrastructure. Youβll work cross-functionally to ensure accurate data collection, reporting clarity, and streamlined decision-making across platforms. Ideal candidates have strong hands-on skills in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and BigQuery -- plus a proven track record in ecommerce tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Audit and document the current analytics ecosystem across GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
β’ Evaluate event schemas, tag configurations, custom dimensions/metrics, and ecommerce tracking logic.
β’ Troubleshoot and optimize pixel setups (Meta, Google Ads, Bing) for accuracy and performance.
β’ Re-architect regional tracking structures to support clean segmentation (e.g., US vs. international traffic).
β’ Build or refine dashboards in Looker Studio for marketing, product, and executive teams.
β’ Ensure data consistency and integrity across key platforms (e.g., GA4, Ad platforms, CRM/CDP).
β’ Collaborate with internal dev, product, and marketing teams to implement updates and fixes.
β’ Provide light training and documentation to stakeholders post-implementation.
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years in digital or marketing analytics, including client or consulting roles.
β’ Deep, hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
β’ Expertise in ecommerce tracking, funnel optimization, and cross-regional tagging strategies.
β’ Comfortable navigating CMS/frontend environments to diagnose dataLayer/tagging issues.
β’ Strong communicator with the ability to simplify technical findings into actionable business insights.
