GCP DevOps Engineer – Google Sovereign Cloud
Location: UK-based (Remote) - Quarterly Travel
Type: Contract - 6 Month + Ext
Must hold Active SC Clearance
Are you a skilled GCP DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Sovereign Cloud deployments in the UK?
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working on GCP.
• Direct involvement in Google Sovereign Cloud projects in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to UK public sector (e.g., NCSC, ISO27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
• GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
