Graph Data Engineer β€” Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) Location: New York City, NY Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Graph Data Engineer on behalf of our client in New York City. The role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing an enterprise Knowledge Graph platform that supports CRM and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and data scientists to model complex relationships, ingest and validate data, and enable advanced graph analytics across business units. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design and implement graph data solutions using modern graph technologies β€’ Develop and optimize graph schemas, ontologies, and queries β€’ Build and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting data into graph stores β€’ Implement graph algorithms to analyze relationships in large datasets β€’ Create data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity β€’ Develop graph-enabled APIs and microservices β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full development lifecycle β€’ Support graph workloads in cloud environments, primarily AWS Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (completed in the U.S.) β€’ 4+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering β€’ Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and/or Scala β€’ Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures β€’ Experience building APIs and microservices β€’ Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data validation β€’ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP β€’ Experience with graph technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, SHACL, Cypher β€’ Familiarity with triple stores (Neptune, GraphDB, AllegroGraph) and property graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph) β€’ Experience building knowledge graphs or ontologies β€’ Familiarity with graph algorithms (e.g., PageRank, Connected Components, Similarity) Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Spark or Databricks β€’ Exposure to machine learning libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) β€’ Background in enterprise analytics or CRM systems About STAFFXPERT LLC STAFFXPERT LLC partners with organizations to deliver high-quality hiring solutions across industries.
