Graph Database Engineer (Neo4j)

Hi , Our client is looking for Graph Database Engineer (Neo4j) for a long term project and below is the detailed requirement. Role: Graph Database Engineer (Neo4j) Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Experience: 12-13 Years Domain Preference: Banking / Financial Services / Fraud Analytics / AML Mandatory Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12-13 years overall IT experience • Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j Graph Database • Expertise in Cypher Query Language • Good understanding of graph data modeling concepts • Experience working on Fraud Detection, AML, Risk Analytics, or Financial Crime projects • Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration • Knowledge of query tuning, indexing, constraints, and graph performance optimization • Experience integrating Neo4j with APIs, microservices, or applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement graph data models for fraud analytics • Develop and optimize Cypher queries for relationship analysis • Support fraud use cases including fraud rings, entity resolution, and collusion analysis • Build ingestion pipelines from databases, files, APIs, and streaming systems • Optimize graph performance and scalability • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
