Growth Data Science Analyst Data Science/ Data Scientist
San Francisco, CA/Hybrid

Responsibilities
● Conduct in-depth analysis from massive amounts of data to extract useful business
insights and provide recommendations
● Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive
business decisions
● Deliver insights and analytics to help stakeholders answer critical questions related
to Payments, Retention, and Expansion initiatives
● Measure, benchmark, and optimize programs aimed at maximizing product
adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention for our customers
Basic qualifications
● Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Math, CS, or related)
● 3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role
● 3+ years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to creating complex
queries across multiple database schemas
● 2+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Qlik
● Proven effectiveness working independently or partnering with cross-functional
teams
● Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
● Experience in at least one programming language (eg. R, Python, Scala/Spark or
Perl etc)
● Experience setting up experiments and analyzing impact of A/B tests to arrive at
conclusive results
● Work experience at a B2B company.
