On the brand side, TikTok ranks MomentIQ as the #1 US TikTok Shop Partner in terms of brand portfolio ROAS + Most Shop ad spend deployed (Q2, 2024). On the LIVE selling side, MomentIQ currently holds the record for most LIVE revenue ever driven to an affiliate product with MIQ creator Michelle Phan (August, 2024). All full-time team members at MomentIQ hold equity packages that makes them partial owners in the company, and as such this role includes an equity package that grants an ownership stake in MomentIQ. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design and build centralized reporting dashboards that consolidate performance metrics across multiple platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, Monday, Airtable, etc.). β€’ Create and maintain ETL processes or automations to streamline data consolidation and refreshes. β€’ Develop automated reports and alerts for internal stakeholders to track campaign performance and business KPIs. β€’ Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to define success metrics and ensure data accuracy across systems. β€’ Identify and implement opportunities to improve data workflows using tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, Python, or API integrations. β€’ Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover insights on marketing performance, audience trends, and spend efficiency. Skills & Qualifications β€’ 2–4 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data automation role. β€’ Proficient with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. β€’ Strong experience integrating APIs or building automated workflows between marketing tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, TikTok Partner Center, Meta Business Suite). β€’ Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script a strong plus. β€’ Familiarity with marketing attribution and campaign reporting best practices. β€’ Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple data sources and stakeholders. β€’ Excellent communication skillsβ€”you can translate complex data into clear stories and visuals.
