Role description

Weβre looking for a detail-oriented GTM Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support Sales leaders and GTM partners with performance visibility across pipeline, bookings, quotas, territories, and executive KPIs.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, and SQL, who enjoys building dashboards, validating data, and supporting recurring reporting cycles.
Skills:
β’ 3+ years of experience in GTM, Sales, or Revenue analytics
β’ Hands-on experience building Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports
β’ Strong Power BI dashboard development skills (DAX + data modeling)
β’ Experience querying data using SQL (Snowflake preferred)
β’ Strong attention to detail and data validation mindset
β’ Ability to translate business questions into reporting outputs
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports supporting pipeline, bookings, quotas, territory performance, and executive reporting
β’ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including basic data modeling and DAX measures
β’ Query Snowflake data using SQL (SELECT statements, joins, aggregations) to validate and analyze GTM data
β’ Monitor data quality across Salesforce and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
β’ Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM reporting cycles
β’ Partner with GTM Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver recurring and ad-hoc insights
β’ Document reporting logic, definitions, and standard GTM metrics
β’ Assist in troubleshooting reporting discrepancies and collaborating with data/engineering teams as needed.
Nice to have:
β’ Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth environment
β’ Exposure to sales forecasting or revenue planning processes
β’ Familiarity with executive-level reporting
