Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong experience in configuration, rating, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire’s proprietary technologies, insurance product pricing logic, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and develop solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including rating and pricing logic.
• Implement and maintain insurance product pricing using the Guidewire rating engine.
• Work with Java, Gosu (Guidewire’s proprietary language), and SQL to create robust solutions.
• Utilize web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) for integrations and front-end components.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support Guidewire Cloud deployment practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
Required Skills
• Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and rating experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Gosu, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Guidewire data model, rules, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD), and Guidewire Cloud deployment.
