Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with expertise in Standards-Based Template (SBT). The role involves configuring and customizing PolicyCenter to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with Guidewire’s best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF files, and Guidewire Studio.
Work with Standards-Based Template (SBT) for project setup and standardized development.
Implement changes in Product Model, Policy Lines, Coverages, Modifiers, and Rating rules.
Develop and maintain PolicyCenter workflows, rules, and user interface components.
Integrate PolicyCenter with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, and plugins.
Participate in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews.
Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT defect resolution.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration.
Strong working knowledge of SBT (Standards-Based Template).
Proficiency in Gosu programming and PCF configuration.
Experience with PolicyCenter Product Model (lines, coverages, forms, rating, underwriting rules).
Knowledge of integration patterns (SOAP/REST services, messaging, plugins).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have:
Guidewire PolicyCenter Specialist / Ace certification.
