Guidewire Senior Developer

Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Cloud, and integration development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Guidewire applications within P&C Insurance environments. Responsibilities • Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter applications • Build and customize PolicyCenter modules based on business requirements • Develop and maintain Gosu code, business rules, workflows, and configurations • Work on Guidewire Integration Gateway and third-party system integrations • Develop APIs, web services, and cloud-based integrations • Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and offshore/onshore teams • Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews • Support Guidewire Cloud implementation and deployment activities • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Required Skills • 3–7 years of Guidewire development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter • Experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway • Experience working on Guidewire Cloud platform • Expertise in Gosu, Java, and SQL • Strong experience with APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations • Experience in Guidewire configuration and customization • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing skills • Understanding of Insurance domain processes • P&C Insurance exposure preferred
