Must be Hybrid in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC (IN PERSON INTERVIEW REQUIRED) Snowflake Certifications are a plus! CANDIDATES MUST LIVE LOCAL TO EITHER LOCATION Job Description P&C Commercial Lines experience is a requirement. Lead the design and development of scalable data products and ELT pipelines across AWS and Snowflake environments. Build and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake’s cloud platform, including hands-on use of SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and related Snowflake utilities. Leverage strong experience with legacy technologies such as Oracle, PL/SQL, Autosys, Hadoop, stored procedures, and shell scripting to support modernization efforts. Apply DataOps tools—GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy—to automate builds, deployments, and operational workflows. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define data models and deliver high-performing data solutions. Promote best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and FinOps within a fast-paced Lean-Agile environment. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
