Title: Hardware Test Data Analyst Location: Redmond, WA Duration: 12+ month contract Compensation: $45.00 - 55.00/hr. Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY Transform raw test data into insights that drive the development of next-generation wearable hardware. As a Hardware Test Data Analyst, you'll work side-by-side with test engineers, building scripts, analyzing results, and creating visualizations that tell the story of device performance and reliability. Your work will directly influence design decisions for groundbreaking consumer technology. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU • Collect, scrub, and analyze large datasets from hardware test systems. • Write scripts (Python preferred, R/SQL acceptable) to automate data cleaning and analysis. • Apply statistical models (regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, survival analysis). • Create dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, JMP, Power BI, internal systems). • Summarize findings and present to engineers, QA, and leadership. • Help maintain and extend a new live dashboard system for real-time test data. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS • Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, EE/ME, Physics, or related. • 3+ years in data analysis (hardware testing environment strongly preferred). • Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong statistical knowledge and practical application. • Ability to interpret engineering data (resistance, stress, thermal drift, etc.). NICE TO HAVES • Experience with machine learning. • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure). • Database management knowledge. • Certification in data analysis or related field.
