Skills and Knowledge
Experience in a lead role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing and cloud solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
