Role description
• Strong, technical Sr. BSA with previous Healthcare experience.
• Data Modelling, Data Storage, Data retravels
• Ability to work "in the weeds" with the business/directors to gather requirements and translate business needs, effectively, into technical terms with the appropriate teams.
• Team is heavy "Data Shop", data management, cleansing, storage etc.
• Able to write complex SQL queries
• Experience /knowledge with Interoperability - CMS systems a huge plus
Job Description:
• Healthcare domain experience is mandatory, especially working with clinical or medical record data.
• Strong experience with data management, data storage, and data retrieval for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts and advanced SQL querying, including data analysis, optimization, and complex query development (beyond simple data extraction).
• Experience supporting metadata management and content indexing for unstructured data.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and UI/search applications that interact with enterprise content repositories.
• Strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) skills: gathering requirements, analyzing existing data systems, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of AI technologies related to unstructured data, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), SQL agents, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data standards, including HIPAA, 278/275 medical record transactions, and healthcare data integration with hospitals and clinical systems.
• Experience with clinical data integration platforms (e.g., TMR/Clinical Data Integrator-type systems) is a plus.
