Job Description
Seeking a results-driven healthcare analytics and data operations professional, to help improve decision-making through clear reporting, reliable data processes, and strong cross-functional delivery. The ideal candidate should be experienced in modernizing data environments, strengthening governance, and accelerating regulatory and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and performance dashboards that support business and clinical priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define needs, translate them into measurable outcomes, and track progress over time.
• Lead data integration and modernization efforts to improve access, reliability, and scalability across teams.
• Provide analytics and reporting that supports health plan operations, member programs, and external requirements.
• Coordinate across technology, operations, and compliance to remove blockers and deliver accurate, on-time reporting.
• Coach and develop analysts and partner teams; reinforce best practices in data use, documentation, and controls.
• Support onboarding of new data sources and partners to enable secure, reliable information sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced SQL and Python experience to work with large datasets and automate repeatable outputs.
• Experience with modern data environments (cloud and on-prem) and improving how teams store, access, and govern data.
• Healthcare domain knowledge, including health plan operations and performance reporting.
• Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance expectations when handling sensitive healthcare information.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives (integration, modernization, governance) from planning through delivery.
• Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical teams, set expectations, and influence decisions.
Preferred Experience
• 10+ years in healthcare analytics, data operations, or related technology support roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting, data governance, and operational analytics in a payer or provider environment.
• Track record of improving efficiency, strengthening data quality, and shortening reporting turnaround times.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a remote setting with no unusual hazards.
