Data & Analytics Consultant – Healthcare Analytics We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant to design, build, and support a scalable analytics and reporting framework for a healthcare technology program. The consultant will work across multiple data sources to improve reporting accuracy, standardize KPI definitions, automate reporting, and deliver trusted executive and operational dashboards. This is a hands-on role. The consultant will be expected to work directly with data, build data models and reporting solutions, and translate business and operational questions into measurable insights. Note: No H1B transfers or H1B sponsorships available for this role Key Responsibilities • Assess current reporting processes, dashboards, data sources, and data quality issues • Design scalable data models and establish consistent KPI and metric definitions • Build and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows • Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources • Develop executive and operational dashboards covering areas such as adoption, utilization, efficiency, time savings, and financial or operational performance • Improve dashboard accuracy, consistency, and timeliness • Implement data validation and quality control processes • Develop clear, intuitive dashboard experiences for executive and operational users • Translate business questions into measurable metrics and actionable insights • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and analytics processes • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Healthcare analytics experience • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Strong data modeling experience • Experience with Epic Clarity tables and querying • Understanding of Epic UAL data • Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar BI platform • Proven experience integrating and managing data from multiple sources • Experience building executive-ready dashboards • Strong data validation and quality control skills • Ability to define KPIs and translate business questions into measurable metrics • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred Experience • Healthcare utilization and operational reporting • Data governance and data quality management • Reporting automation and self-service analytics • Analytics supporting healthcare technologies or clinical workflows Who Should Apply This role is best suited for a hands-on healthcare analytics consultant who can work across the full analytics lifecycle; from source data and data modeling through KPI definition, validation, and executive dashboard delivery.
