Role description
Job Title: Clinical Data Engineer Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract About Smart IT Frame: At Smart IT Frame, we connect top talent with leading organizations across the USA. With over a decade of staffing excellence, we specialize in IT, healthcare, and professional roles, empowering both clients and candidates to grow together. β€’ Architect, build, and maintain near real-time data ingestion pipelines from Epic using HL7, FHIR APIs, and other interoperability standards. β€’ Parse and process complex data typesβ€”including JSON, PDF, and clinical event streamsβ€”to make them analytics-ready for advanced modeling and downstream applications. β€’ Collaborate with clinical and technical partners to implement ingestion workflows from internal systems on data requirements and quality. β€’ Develop automated data validation and transformation processes to support machine learning model development, testing, monitoring, and deployment at scale. β€’ Partner with Data Scientists and MLOps engineers to enable seamless integration of predictive model outputs into clinical workflows and production systems. β€’ Solid experience with dbt, Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex(LLM,Models) with at least 2-3+ years working in a large-scale environment Regards, Muraliraja
