Extensive experience with creating dashboards β ensuring critical data is captured and reported to MSLβs β creating PowerPoint presentations based on data

Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Value & Access (V&A) Analytics & Operations contractor to join the Value & Access team within Medical Affairs + Health Impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various analytical and operational tasks, supporting field analytics, operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Analytics:
1. Provide field analytics including KPI reporting, segmented channel reporting, and development of custom reporting for the field leadership and MPS teams.
1. Develop and maintain account lists, product launch trackers, activity reporting, dashboarding, and pull-through activities.
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Market Analytics & Business Intelligence (MABI), Field Planning & Analytics (FP&A), and Medical Engagement to create dashboards that visualize impact storytelling across V&A.
1. Provide technical support to key V&A initiatives, including but not limited to omnichannel digital engagement, account prioritization and quality of product access, to evaluate, monitor and inform medical payer strategy as well as to assess V&A impact.
1. Support the design of database management solutions that improve automation and efficiency improvements, to include data feeds & reconciliation across several data platforms.
Field Operations:
1. Support, coordinate, facilitate and/or manage field related processes, to include but not limited to product training, conference engagement logistics, resource management and annual approval of medical objectives and tactics. Identify gaps and process inefficiencies while helping to drive solutions for improvement.
1. Act as a liaison to Medical Engagement team to ensure process & operations excellence is aligned to enterprise-wide initiatives and priorities as appropriate. Additionally, partner with Medical Program Management (MPM) to ensure operational needs are coordinated and fulfilled across V&A with the Leadership Team consultation.
1. Provide systems support for technology issues in Veeva, Teams, Hub, OneNote, MIG, MOSL Playbooks, among others.
1. Serve as a point of contact and data consolidation lead for syndicated reporting vendors (HIRC, IPD Analytics, Eversana, etc).
Evidentiary Solutions:
β’ Support the analytic needs of Customer Research Partnerships (CRPs) and Customized Payer Analytics (CPAs), as needed, for V&A.
β’ Provide tailored research partnership analysis and support payer data acquisition in partnership with the Value & Evidence (V&E) Real World Evidence (RWE) team.
