Job Title:- Data Modeler Responsibilities • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand data requirements • Designs and implements conceptual, logical, and physical data models • Normalizes or denormalizes data for analytics or operational efficiency • Aligns models with business requirements and analytical use cases Skills & Expertise • Must have solid understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data design • Must be familiar with data warehouse design patterns • Must understand dimensional modeling (star schema) • Must have in-depth understanding of data normalization • Must be capable of writing SQL • Must be able to work with minimal direction and adapt quickly to complex systems • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance • Must have bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering-related field or equivalent work experience • Should have understanding of implementing data governance within BigQuery datasets and tables • Should understand and have experience with data catalogs • Should have experience working with team sizes greater than 4 team members • Nice to have financial industry experience
