Position: SAP Data Migration Lead Update: • need someone more like a data migration lead/cutover • less focused on specific modules • more like strategic PM focused, less hands on analyst Required Skills: • Own the planning and execution of customer and master data migration across waves • Act as bridge across stakeholders: development, SAP functional teams, BODS (ETL), testing, integration, master data governance team and business process owners • Drive data governance and quality, ensuring standards, ownership, and cleansing activities are embedded • Oversee ETL job development (BODS) and validate alignment with mapping and business rules • Manage data testing lifecycle: unit, system integration, mock loads, and reconciliation • Support issue resolution and cutover planning, escalating risks proactively • Provide clear and frequent communication to business sponsors and leadership • Strong project/program management background in SAP migration programs • Solid data management & governance experience • Knowledge of SAP data objects (customer, vendor, material, finance, etc.) and dependencies • Familiarity with BODS ETL design and execution • Competency in data mapping and reconciliation processes • Basic SQL for data validation and troubleshooting • Ideal: background in data architecture for deeper technical alignment
