HIT – Epic Clarity Data Analyst

Job Title: HIT – Epic Clarity Data Analyst About the Role We're looking for an Epic Clarity Data Analyst to join our Health Information Technology (HIT) team. This role is heavily focused on SQL development, building dashboards within Epic and Power BI, and extracting/analyzing data from Clarity. Experience working in Snowflake is a strong plus. Responsibilities • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from Epic Clarity • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Epic and Power BI • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate reporting needs into data solutions • Work within Snowflake environments to support data warehousing and analytics needs • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across reporting tools Required Skills • Strong SQL skills (query writing, optimization, troubleshooting) • Epic Clarity Certification • Experience with Snowflake • Experience building dashboards in Power BI and/or Epic reporting tools Preferred Qualifications • Background in healthcare IT / health information technology • Familiarity with Epic data model and reporting workbench • Experience with data visualization best practices.
