What You Can Expect Creates and develops analytics tools and leads the analytics effort by collecting, validating, and researching talent data to identify critical trends and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business. This role is responsible for researching talent data to provide insights to business. Supports HRBP and other functions by running analysis to solve raising concerns/demand. How You'll Create Impact β€’ Develops standard HR Analytics dashboards and supports HR Business Partners in building custom reports. β€’ Develops databases to secure data insights and assists in adding the results to monthly local and global Executive reports. β€’ Performs Adhoc HR data analysis to support HR and other business units to resolve critical concerns. β€’ Collects and consolidates human resources metrics with collaboration across various HR departments including business partners, recruiting, etc. β€’ Acts as liaison with HRIS, to ensure consistent data and reporting between HRIS and HR Analytics. β€’ As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative. β€’ Provides insight on specific factors that may affect future outcomes if adjusted. β€’ Work proactively on insight projects to formulate and evaluate hypothesis using data mining techniques. Report findings to HR stakeholders and assist in developing solutions. What Makes You Stand Out β€’ Job Knowledge and Skill: Intermediate to advance skills in data analysis, with demonstrate ability to collect data, analyze, simplify and concisely convey complex ideas and, provide insights from variety of data sources. Basic knowledge in data mining and research methodologies. Highly proficient with MS office tools. β€’ Highly proficient with SuccessFactors reporting (Table, Canvas and Story) and advance proficiency level using Power BI. β€’ Computer Skills: Advance knowledge of Excel spreadsheet with some knowledge in statistic tools. Your Background β€’ Experience: Five or more years of professional analytical experience with demonstrated ability to handle huge volume of data. β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related human resources or financial discipline.
