I'm currently partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire an TEMP HR Consultant into their New York City team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, large-scale institution operating across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting a diverse client base spanning investment banking, asset management, and capital markets.

Description
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret HR data (headcount, attrition, diversity, compensation trends)
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Support workforce planning and forecasting activities
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems
• Support annual processes such as performance and compensation cycles
• Contribute to ongoing HR transformation and automation projects
Profile
What They're Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in HR experience, people analytics, or a similar function
• Must have financial services experience!!
• Bachelor degree required
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills (visualization tools a plus)
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
