Role description
Title: Data Analyst III/HR Data Analyst/People Analytics Analyst
Location: Remote, US (EST zone)
Contact Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $65-$68/hr on W2
Must have skills:
β’ Confidentiality - this is HR data that this person will be handling.
β’ Design, build and delivery of Impact Reports from multiple data sources.
β’ Work in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SME
β’ Management of program surveys strategy in partnership with the Employee Listening team and in coordination with relevant vendors.
β’ Monitor and integration of operational & system-output success measures in partnership with Ops & Tech teams.
β’ Coordination and support of research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team.
β’ Build/maintain process documentation and actively research ways to enhance our data framework and operations.
β’ Strong experience managing HR data and/or analytics.
β’ Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel (large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, graphs & automations) and Google slides.
β’ Analytical and systemic thinking to proactively and effectively identify and plan for interdependencies.
β’ Sound logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.
β’ Excellent communication/presentation skills and confidence presenting to leaders.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Build/evolve a success measures model & roadmap to assess and showcase the impact of the Agentic Talent Experience (ATE) team.
β’ ATE V2MOM tracking and reporting, including consolidation and processing of multiple data sources.
β’ Design, build and delivery of Impact Reports in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SME.
β’ Management of program surveys strategy in partnership with the Employee Listening team and in coordination with relevant vendors.
β’ Monitoring and integration of operational & system-output success measures in partnership with Ops & Tech teams.
β’ Coordination and support of research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team.
β’ Build/maintain process documentation and actively research ways to enhance our data framework and operations.
β’ Play an active role in enabling the broader ATE team in data literacy.
β’ Consult the business for data requirements and translate requirements to data.
β’ Help strategize on the data narrative and turn number & narrative into executive level slides/visuals.
β’ Experiment with incorporate AI in your flow of work and share what you learn with the team!
β’ Partner with & help mentor a data analytics summer intern.
Requirements For Success
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience working in Human Resources and/or analytics functions.
β’ Strong experience managing HR data and/or analytics.
β’ Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel (large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, graphs & automations) and Google slides.
β’ Analytical and systemic thinking to proactively and effectively identify and plan for interdependencies.
β’ Sound logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.
β’ Excellent communication/presentation skills and confidence presenting to Sr. leaders.
β’ Ability to manage ambiguity and work well under pressure, handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced global environment.
