We are currently recruiting for a HR Data Analyst to join a leading Pharmaceutical company on a remote basis. As the HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing a framework of Monthly Dashboard Reporting for People Services, including methodology, definitions, work instructions, and processes. You will work with internal and external teams to standardise and automate the overall People Services Dashboard.
Please note this role is remote, with one day per month in the London/Surrey border. This is a contract until the end of March 2026, with possible extension.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the HR Data Analyst will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
β’ As the HR Data Analyst, you will gather data from various sources and integrate it into a centralised database or data warehouse, ensuring data quality and consistency through data cleaning and validation.
β’ As the HR Data Analyst, you will conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
β’ As the HR Data Analyst, you will build and validate predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes, using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy of predictions.
β’ As the HR Data Analyst, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and initiatives, providing regular updates to management and other stakeholders.
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Data Analyst, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
β’ Relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
β’ Proven industry experience in data analysis, including hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
β’ A working knowledge and practical experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
