Location: Hybrid – Santa Monica, CA | Pay: $40–$41.35/hr | Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Duration: 2+ months
Role Overview: The HR Data Analyst transforms people data into actionable insights and supports HR, DEI, and sustainability initiatives through project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data (headcount, DEI, engagement, turnover) and create dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Coordinate HR and ESG projects, track timelines, and maintain documentation.
Support executive presentations, stakeholder communications, and meeting follow-ups.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across systems; assist with DEI/ESG reporting.
