We're working with a leading global defence, security, and aerospace company that delivers advanced technology-led solutions and support services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to their HR operations by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
The Role
• Collate, cleanse, and analyse HR/workforce data
• Produce reports and dashboards covering areas such as headcount, absence, attrition, and diversity
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
• Turn data into clear insights for HR stakeholders
• Support ad hoc reporting for HR projects and workforce planning
• Help improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation
What You'll Need
• Strong Excel skills are essential
• Confident analysing and interpreting large datasets
• Able to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience producing reports, dashboards, or MI
• HR, payroll, workforce planning, or people analytics experience would be beneficial
