Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Business Partnership & Consulting
β’ Serve as the primary analytics partner to HR and business leaders, understanding their challenges and translating them into analytical solutions.
β’ Provide insights and recommendations that inform decisions on talent strategy, workforce planning, retention, and employee experience.
β’ Build strong relationships with HRBPs, COEs, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
β’ Experience advising, presenting to, and serving as a thought partner to senior executives.
β’ Analytics & Insights
β’ Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses on workforce metrics (e.g., attrition, DEI, engagement, recruiting, performance).
β’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights with strong storytelling and visualization.
β’ Deliver executive-ready materials that connect people data to business outcomes.
β’ Partner cross-functionally with analytics and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve quality issues, and maintain consistent, reliable insights.
β’ Advanced People Analytics
β’ Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting to identify workforce risks and opportunities.
β’ Partner with HR Technology and Data teams to enhance data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.
β’ Lead initiatives to evolve people analytics from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights.
β’ Strategy & Enablement
β’ Guide stakeholders in building a data-driven culture within HR and across the business.
β’ Drive adoption of self-service analytics platforms and democratize access to people insights.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
β’ Education & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
β’ 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related fields.
SKILLS
β’ Technical Skills
β’ Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Workday People Analytics, Visier).
β’ Advanced Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis preferred.
β’ Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and data structures.
β’ Business & Consulting Skills
β’ Exceptional ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
β’ Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling skills.
β’ Experience in partnering with senior leaders to drive data-informed decisions
