COOK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL has an IMMEDIATE need for an Advisor – Employee Experience Analytics
The Analytics Advisor – Employee Experience (EX) serves as a key contributor in delivering data-driven insights, reporting solutions, and analytical support to enable informed decision-making across EX functions. This role focuses on execution and planning—translating business needs into actionable analytics, building scalable reporting solutions, and supporting initiatives through data, visualization, and storytelling.
The Advisor partners closely with stakeholders to prioritize work, enhance data accessibility, and ensure high-quality, compliant use of employee data, while contributing to the continuous improvement of analytics standards, processes, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insights Delivery:
• Analyze large, complex HR/EX datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build analytical models and perform structured data analysis to inform business decisions and workforce strategies.
• Develop insights that support EX priorities, including but not limited to talent, employee listening, and organizational effectiveness.
EX Data:
• Analyze EX data, including talent (performance, succession, learning, competency assessments, etc), talent acquisition, compensation, benefits (medical, dental, vision), and retirement programs, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to interpret data and inform decisions related to pay practices, benefits strategy, performance management, and talent acquisition strategy.
• Respond to targeted requests (e.g., pay equity reviews, promotion analysis, benefits utilization, talent pipeline health) with actionable analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory, privacy, and governance standards across rewards and talent data.
• Support standardization of metrics, definitions, and best practices across Employee Experience.
Reporting & Visualization:
• Design and develop standard reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide consistent, scalable access to EX metrics.
• Maintain and enhance reporting solutions to improve usability, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
• Deliver clear, compelling data visualizations and narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
Solution Development:
• Architect and recommend solutions that leverage technology, data, and processes across systems (e.g., Workday, Microsoft tool suite).
• Support the development of self-service analytics capabilities aligned with EX data strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accessibility.
Stakeholder Partnership & Execution:
• Partner collaboratively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver value-driven analytics solutions.
• Triage and respond to ad hoc data requests by refining business questions and providing timely, actionable outputs.
• Support cross-functional EX projects and initiatives with analytics expertise and deliverables.
Data Governance & Compliance:
• Support data governance efforts by monitoring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, data privacy standards, and internal policies related to employee data.
• Promote and maintain data standards, definitions, and best practices across EX analytics.
Operational Support & Continuity:
• Contribute to business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response planning as needed.
• Support operational readiness by ensuring data processes and reporting capabilities remain reliable and sustainable.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related data-driven role.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and analytics/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with employee listening platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and survey analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build reports/dashboards, and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to evolving business needs.
Preferred:
• Exposure to data governance practices and data privacy regulations.
• Understanding of business continuity practices as the relate to data systems.
