Primary Services is actively recruiting for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a large, industry-leading organization. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with HR systems experience who are looking to deepen their expertise in HR technology while contributing to enterprise-wide system improvements. The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in maintaining HR data integrity, supporting system functionality, assisting with technology enhancements, and partnering with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver reliable HR technology solutions.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR master data.
• Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure compliance and data quality.
• Support SAP, SuccessFactors, and related HR technology platforms through functional troubleshooting and basic configuration.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve system issues and support ongoing operations.
• Assist with HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation activities for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports using Excel and reporting tools.
• Maintain HR dashboards and support HR analytics initiatives.
• Monitor system integrations, identify processing errors, and assist with issue resolution.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Research complex system issues and escalate technical concerns when appropriate.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and data cleanup.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or HR analytics using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of HR master data management, data validation, and data integrity best practices.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Experience monitoring system integrations and resolving processing errors.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or HR data structures is preferred.
