Job Title: HRIS / ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst Pay Rate: $45-$60/hr Telework: hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days wfh) Location: Glendale, AZ Overview Join a high-performing team delivering impactful and innovative solutions! Position Summary The ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst is the primary functional expert for the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, while also supporting HR business process analysis and SAP SuccessFactors. This role plays a key part in HR digital transformation initiatives by designing, improving, and optimizing HR service delivery solutions within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements. This individual collaborates with HR Operations, HRIS, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive continuous improvement in the employee experience. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week onsite, as determined in coordination with the employee’s manager and leadership. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Primary Focus) β€’ Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules, including: β€’ Case and Knowledge Management β€’ Employee Center / Portal β€’ Lifecycle Events β€’ HR Services β€’ Document Management β€’ Workflows and automation β€’ Act as the functional owner of the HRSD platform, including roadmap planning, release management, and continuous improvement efforts β€’ Create and maintain user stories, functional requirements, test scripts, and acceptance criteria β€’ Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects β€’ Conduct impact assessments, regression testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) β€’ Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline HR processes and reduce manual effort β€’ Ensure configurations meet governance, data integrity, and security standards HR Process & SuccessFactors Support (Secondary Focus) β€’ Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to understand and improve HR processes β€’ Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation to support ServiceNow-enabled improvements β€’ Recommend enhancements that improve employee and HR customer experience β€’ Support SAP SuccessFactors through configuration updates, testing, validation, and troubleshooting β€’ Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle Education & Experience β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 4 years of relevant experience β€’ OR β€’ 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree Required Skills β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration and support β€’ Experience writing user stories, functional requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis β€’ Understanding of HR processes, process mapping, and optimization techniques β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications β€’ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) β€’ ServiceNow HRSD Fundamentals or HRSD Implementation certification β€’ Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support β€’ Background supporting global HR operations or complex HR system environments β€’ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
