HubSpot Data Specialist
• 3-Month Contract

• Remote (Must be based in the UK)
We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Specialist to lead a HubSpot data clean-up and re-engagement initiative for a leading organisation.
This role will focus on improving the quality and usability of a large contact database which needs structure, enrichment and segmentation. You’ll take full ownership of the data improvement process, ensuring HubSpot is optimised for accurate reporting, future automation and effective campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Begin with onboarding and a full audit of the HubSpot environment, assessing data quality, contact segments, and existing workflows.
• Lead the cleaning and validation of company records, standardising key fields, removing duplicates, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Enrich contact data with missing information such as job titles, company details, and LinkedIn URLs using enrichment tools and sources.
• Prepare HubSpot for improved segmentation, automation, and reporting, delivering a structure ready for long-term CRM optimisation.
• Support re-engagement campaigns with accurate, segmented lists and provide reporting on engagement metrics.
• Document all processes, deliver a Data Operations Playbook, and train internal teams to maintain ongoing data quality and hygiene.
Skills & Experience
• Proven HubSpot CRM experience (data management, workflows, segmentation).
• Strong knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and enrichment techniques.
• Proficiency with tools such as Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo, NeverBounce, Clearout.
• Confident managing large datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practices.
