HubSpot Data Specialist Contract: 3-4 months | Day Rate: £350-£300 per day Outside IR35 | Remote (UK-based) Overview We're partnering with a fast-growing business in the [events / SaaS] space to find an experienced CRM & Data Consultant who can take ownership of a HubSpot data project from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who's analytical, highly autonomous, and confident navigating complex datasets within HubSpot. The Opportunity The business has already made an initial start on a CRM data audit with the help of a previous contractor, but the data remains inconsistent and requires a complete review and rebuild. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing structure, validation, and accuracy to the company's CRM setup, ensuring the system supports upcoming campaigns and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Conduct a full data audit of the existing HubSpot CRM - assess what's being used, what's redundant, and what's missing. • Oversee data cleaning and validation, ensuring integrity and usability across all datasets. • Set up and optimise campaign workflows and datasets in HubSpot for marketing and sales use. • Implement data enrichment and sourcing processes - experience with tools like Clay or similar platforms is highly beneficial. • Collaborate closely with the Founder to report progress, flag issues, and propose data-driven improvements. • Maintain proactive, clear communication while working remotely and autonomously. About You • Expert-level HubSpot experience - able to work independently with minimal direction. • Proven track record managing data audits, cleansing, and enrichment projects. • Experience working on large-scale event projects or within a SaaS environment is highly desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote environment. • Able to work autonomously and confidently with senior leaders.
