Role description
Position Title: People Technology Data Analyst (Oracle HCM Specialist)
Work Location: Remote
Assignment Duration: 4 months (possibility of extension)
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent work experience (4+ years in HRIS/People Technology roles may substitute for degree)
β’ Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in a production environment
β’ Proven experience with Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation, Workforce Management
β’ Demonstrated experience performing large-scale data cleanup, migration, or remediation projects
Technical Skills - Required
β’ Oracle HCM data loading tools:
β’ HCM Data Loader (HDL)
β’ Understanding of Personal Information / Employment / Assignment data model
β’ Oracle reporting tools:
β’ OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) - creating and modifying subject area analyses
β’ BIP (BI Publisher) - report development and data model creation
β’ Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and validation
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel:
β’ Complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.)
β’ Pivot tables and advanced data analysis
