Job Title: Digital HR Analyst/HRIS Analyst / HR Analyst
Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour
Duration: 17-week contract
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
The Digital HR Analyst plays a key role within the Human Resources function, focusing on the integration of HR processes and digital technologies. This position is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting HR systems and applications, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements through automation and analytics. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset to enhance HR operations and user experience.
Essential Functions
• Ensure data integrity across all HR systems through validation processes, regular audits, and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using standard and ad hoc queries; develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, validation standards, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and support business intelligence solutions for data storage and retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with Digital HR leadership to configure and maintain HR applications aligned with organizational needs.
• Support HR teams by identifying technological solutions that improve workflows and increase efficiency.
• Assist with planning and coordinating early project phases for new HR technology deployments, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Support decommissioning and offboarding of legacy HR applications while maintaining compliance and data security.
• Develop and maintain integrations across HR and enterprise systems, including APIs, SFTPs, and EDW connections.
• Create and maintain end-user documentation for Digital HR processes and systems.
• Continuously identify and implement automation opportunities within HR operations.
• Review and manage user access and permissions to maintain data security.
• Use analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of process improvements.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience required)
Experience
• Minimum of one year of experience as an HRIS Coordinator, HRIS Specialist, or HR Administrator
• Experience supporting or participating in digital HR transformation initiatives preferred
Certifications (Preferred)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP)
Preferred Skills and Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of HR principles, practices, and data privacy regulations
• Experience with HR system integrations (APIs, SFTPs, EDW)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
