Role description
HR Analyst
Our client, a financial services organization in Yardley, PA, is seeking a temporary HR Analyst for their team. The HR Analyst analyzes the human resource related activities in the company, such as employee performance, compensation, consumer surveys, and human resource budgets, as needed. The HR Analyst deals with the overall human resource requirements, including compliance, regulatory requirements, and employee data analysis. The HR Analyst provides ongoing project management for key HR projects and provides support for HR initiatives by partnering with various HR teams and Center of Excellences (COE). The Analyst works to optimize the performance and overall effectiveness of HR.
Responsibilities
β’ Coordinates with HR teams to provide alignment, coordination, communication support, and ad hoc project requests as needed
β’ Provides reporting and analytics support to COEs and HR with data to help inform decision making
β’ Provides HR Operations support, by managing ticketing queues, organizing materials, providing HRIS, Payroll support.
β’ Analyzes metrics to identify trends and make HR recommendations to the companyβs COEs
β’ Participates in project teams to prepare for employee surveys, performance evaluations, and talent calibrations
β’ Supports and promotes continuous improvement initiatives in all operational HR aspects to enhance the overall delivery of services to employees
β’ Collaborates with HR team members to create innovative HR programs, driving functional excellence and process improvement
β’ Ensures constant review of HR processes for compliance purposes; inventories documentation throughout all HR functions and prepares for internal and external audits, ensuring collaboration across HR
β’ Communicates across HR to ensure preparedness for audits and ensures HR is informed of new compliance requirements
β’ Proactively communicates areas of concern to the HR management and recommends new policies and strategies to improve the working of the human resource department
β’ Contributes to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards within HR
β’ Partners closely with the HRIS team to ensure HR technology deliverables are clearly articulated and requirements are documented as it relates to projects
β’ Coordinates the distribution of HR compliance reports
β’ Stays informed of HR law, trends, and best practices by networking within the HR community and being actively involved in outside HR organizations
β’ Other duties as assigned
β’ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for the companyβs reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
β’ 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience
β’ Project management experience required
β’ Experience with HCM systems (Dayforce, Workday Preferred)
β’ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and Application Tracking Systems (ATS),and Project Management Software, AI tooling.
β’ Strong interest in HR
β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities is critical
β’ Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous process improvement and productivity
β’ Ability to meet numerous internal and external deadlines, sometimes under tight time constraints and effectively manage time
β’ Ability to take complex requirements and simplify for better understanding and documentation Strong written and verbal communications skills
β’ Ability to organize data and distinguish confidential data
