Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented People Analytics Consultant to support enterprise HR analytics initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing employee data, measuring workforce trends, and delivering actionable insights that enable data-driven HR and business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working with employee survey data, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collect, analyze, and report on employee survey and workforce data to support strategic HR initiatives
β’ Support the design and execution of employee listening and engagement programs
β’ Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
β’ Develop and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions
β’ Build and scale headcount forecasting and hiring predictive models to support workforce planning
β’ Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to provide analytical insights and recommendations
β’ Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
β’ Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests
β’ Stay current with industry best practices in HR analytics and employee listening methodologies
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Workforce Analytics
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling quantitative and qualitative HR data
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
β’ Experience with employee survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Employee Voice)
β’ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Visier)
β’ Experience using statistical or analytical tools such as Python or R
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Masterβs or PhD in a related analytical or behavioral science field
β’ Experience building predictive workforce or hiring models
β’ Familiarity with AI or advanced analytics tools
β’ Experience working within HR or Talent Acquisition environments
